Infusion Access Foundation (IAF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that hosts a community of patients united to protect access to treatments that you get at a clinic, such as infusions and injections. We support each other across all diseases and advocate with one voice that reaches policy makers.

When you share your story, policymakers are forced to listen.
We want to hear your perspective!
Are you interested in joining a community where your voice leaves lasting impact?
We are collecting poems and art illustrations that illuminate the invisible journey of chronic disease and treatment gaps. Share your perfectly-imperfect words to create content that connects as we bring this community #togetherfortreatment.
From Step Therapy (aka Fail First) to Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs) to Copay Accumulator Policies to Nonmedical Switching, head to our IAF Advocacy Page for efficient ways to send a letter to your representatives and demand change. These policies gravely impact patient costs and health. When we join together to speak in one unified voice, we are actually quite loud and effective!
