How to Access Your Tax Forms

Go to the Employees & Payroll Navigation Center and select Forms. Here you can access both state and federal forms.⬇️

⬅️You can click on any of the three choices to get the tax form templates to download. Please be patient!!

➡️You will process all of your tax forms here including your W-2's.

⚠️⚠️THIS NEXT PART IS IMPORTANT⚠️⚠️

Once you select your form, you MUST scroll down to filing period and select 2023. IT DOES NOT DEFAULT TO 2023. Once you hit OK the Setup Wizard will appear.

You can change your system date to 12/31/23 and the filing year will default to 2023.⬇️

⬅️Just follow the prompts of the setup wizard. Make sure your account information is correct.

💰If you are using Sage 50 Payroll, we recommend you purchase Aatrix.

🚫If you do not have payroll and are processing 36 or less forms, we recommend using Aatrix Complete Service. (option will pop up in wizard)

➕Greater than 36 forms, we recommend you purchase Aatrix.
