It is changing, albeit slowly. This week the Wall Street Journal reports that the percentage of people going to the office is higher than at any time since late March of 2020. Like prior generations, Gen Z needs personal guidance for development and cultural indoctrination. The problem is your new leaders and mentors are busy people. Make it easy for your leaders.
